Hyundai Tucson is one of the perfect choices if we want all this features in one package. This is a South Korean manufacturer named Hyundai. One of the first generation vehicles of Tucson was first launched in the year 2004. Over the year Hyundai Tucson has updated it models and the 2020 version of Tucson is the latest updated version which is different from its last model.
Features of the new Tucson 2020 version
After showcasing Tucson facelift in the auto expo this year it gets finally launched in the market. There are some added features in the new Tucson facelift model.
Exterior
- Revised front fascia is one of the biggest changes in this model.
- 5 LED headlamps projector ,cascading grille, a bumper in the front and a LED tall lamps in it
- Another new feature of the Tucson model is its new 18 inches diamond cut wheel exhaust tips for dual exit exhaust tips.
- The new rear reflector and bumper are placed much higher
Interior
- The new Tucson face lifted version has a full black interior unlike the older model with dual beige and black tone.
- The dashboard was newly designed with a new 8.0 touch screen below which central ac vents was paced.
- A new button was added in the IRMV with blue link linked car technology features.
- It has a voice command facility for a number of function and the blue link permits the owner many remote functioning like start/stop of engine ,lock/unlock of door and also the pre cooling option
- The new model is featured with an infinity speaker sound system of 8 speakers compared to the 6 speaker in the old model.
Engine
The engine of the latest model is not changed much compared to the older versions. Except for it is updated to the BS6 norms from the BS4 norms.
Price
With the introduction of the new face lifted model of Tucson the Hyundai has halt the sale of the more easily affordable model L and GL types. As a consequence of that the entry point has gone up to 3.53 lakh in price. Compare to the L and GL variants with the new face lifted Tucson much less petrol are used and varies to quiet a lot amount and seems to be much cheaper than the older version.
Difference between the new version and the old version of the Tucson model
There are some minor changes in the dimension of the new and old model. Length of this model is larger by 5 mm, other than that the width, height and wheelbase are all the same for both the new and old version.
