It has a BS6 compliant K-series petrol engine and it has a capacity of 1.5 litres. This is same as that of the Vitara Brezza. The maximum power generated by the model is 103bhp and 138 Nm torque. It has a five-speed manual transmission gearbox and there is also an option for 4-speed automatic torque convertor unit as well. The manual version is going to be available for pure petrol unit and the automatic variant has a mild hybrid system and advanced Li-on battery as well as an integrated starter generator. It also features functions like torque assist, regenerative braking and idle start-stop.
