The Subaru BRZ is one of the cult favorite vehicles in UAS and has a dedicated niche position in the current market for its affordable price tag. It was initially launched in 2012 and has initially made a huge impact which resulted in large amount of sales across the world. Nine years later the Japanese automaker has released a teaser of the brand new 2022 model and it is promising a host of upgrades. The most significant of this is the power that is promised by the vehicle.
The all new Subaru BRZ which is marketed as a brand new 2022 model is going to be a twin to the Toyota B6 in terms of design. The car is expected to arrive in the showrooms of Dubai and Middle East in the middle or later part of 2021. The teaser was very discreet and one can make out the 10-spoke alloy wheels along with the air vent on the front. The spy spots we have come across earlier also revealed a cleaner design along with a large front grille and there are new lights in the front and the back. However it is rather uncertain at this point though it is believed that both the Toyota B6 and the Subaru BRZ will using a more updated version of the current platform and will also retain the old design for the rear suspension.
There may be a few tweaks to make the overall design more responsive so that it can handle a boost in the power. The Subaru BRZ model is expected to be fitted with the 2.4 liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit that can generate 260 HP and 376 Nm of Torque. In short, the car is likely to be a much more powerful version compared to the 2012 classic model. As of the interiors, there is still not much revealed on that front. But once launched, this car is likely to create a major buzz provided it’s costing is kept as budget friendly as it was earlier and hence available for the masses.
